Rally Kid Zariah's Story
Zariah Clarke our middle child. On Saturday July 13, 2024 we went to Piedmont ER due to her side that has been hurting . We got to the ER around 8:30pm and didn’t leave til 1:55am we found out that she has “ Lymphadenopathy” which is a type of cancer . So CHOA gave us a call Monday evening to schedule a biopsy to actually see if it was confirmed as cancer . So we got here Tuesday morning at CHOA at 5:30 am for the biopsy , fast forward to Thursday July 18 2024 , they have confirmed she has Lymphadenopathy and will need to start chemo and will have to have another procedure July 19, 20424 to put the tubes in her chest and to do a bone marrow and membrane sweep. July 19, 2024 @12:45 Zariah went back and got her drain tube took out her belly from her biopsy and got the tube placed in her chest , everything has went very smoothly babygirl is so strong. Now Sunday July 21, 2024 she should be starting her first treatment. She’s went through so many procedure and getting infections were they have sent her to the icu due ti complications but our girl is a warrior and pushed it through .As of January 22 , 2025 our babygirl is cancer free and thriving .
