Rally Kid Sarah's Story
Sarah, Age 11, was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma at the age of 7. After 2 years of treatment she rang the bell ending her treatment officially in remission. Due to an ongoing immunodeficiency she continued her high dose IVIG monthly, having received over 40 rounds.
Sarah was only off cancer treatment for less than a year. Two weeks after returning home from
Curefest, where she met old and new friends and had the best time ever, we found a tumor a new tumor. Sarah immediately underwent testing and scans and was diagnosed with cancer for the second time with a NRSTS Synovial Sarcoma. She is in active treatment currently, and continues to advocate for childhood cancer awareness and runs her Non Profit Sarah’s Warriors. Sarah is also passionate about llamas, law enforcement, and soccer.
