Rally Kid Lex Research Fund
Lex has always had a larger-than-life personality—smart, witty, and someone who truly loves people. At just 10 years old, at the start of fifth grade, Lex was diagnosed with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He reached remission after his first round of chemotherapy and is now completing 10 months of intensive treatment before transitioning into more than two years of monthly maintenance therapy. The treatments are demanding and take a toll on his body, limiting his ability to attend school and enjoy many of the activities he once did so freely. Yet even in the midst of this battle, Lex’s outlook remains unwavering. True to his blood type, he says he plans to “B positive.” His determination, optimism, and deep belief in a greater purpose continue to inspire everyone around him. Lex’s journey is a testament to the importance of continued research and the incredible medical teams who dedicate their lives to improving outcomes for children with cancer. His family is deeply grateful for the nurses, doctors, friends, and loved ones walking alongside them—and hopes to raise both awareness and critical funding to advance treatments and move closer to cures.
