Rally Kid Faith's Story

Hello, I am Faith Hunt, a 4-time Lymphoma survivor. At fifteen, I noticed a golf ball-sized lump on my chest and went to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. After weeks of tests, a biopsy revealed Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma in my neck, chest, and lungs. Eight months of chemotherapy put me in remission. Six months later, I relapsed with worse disease. Four rounds of ICE chemo partially worked, but I became unresponsive. Immunotherapy and radiation also failed, and the cancer spread to my pelvis and liver. Without a donor for a bone marrow transplant, I joined a CAR-T Cell therapy trial, which put me back in remission. Three years later, I relapsed again with Stage 4 Hodgkins in multiple areas. Chemo this time worked, and I had a bone marrow transplant on June 15, 2023, followed by proton radiation. Three months into recovery, a lump in my pelvis revealed Stage 4 Large B-cell lymphoma caused by prior treatment. I underwent 6 rounds of 96-hour chemo, immunotherapy, and spinal taps. I am now over a year cancer-free, choosing to find good in each day and grateful for the lessons my journey has taught me.
