Rally Kid Kobe's Story

Kobe Milton was a vibrant, kind-hearted, and faith-filled 15-year-old who courageously battled bone cancer with a strength that inspired everyone around him. Diagnosed as a teenager, Kobe faced each challenge with grace, resilience, and a smile that could light up any room. Kobe was a beloved twin brother, dedicated student, and passionate basketball player. Even during the hardest days of treatment, he remained hopeful and full of life. He was deeply rooted in his faith and often reminded his family, especially his mother, “Stop crying Mom—God’s got me.” Those words became a source of strength for all who knew and loved him. On December 10, 2024, Kobe peacefully transitioned, leaving behind a legacy that continues to uplift others. In his honor, his family founded the Gakobe Strong Foundation, Inc., which supports children and families affected by pediatric cancer while carrying forward Kobe’s spirit of love, compassion, and courage. Kobe’s life was brief, but his impact is lasting. Through his story, the Gakobe Strong Foundation stands as a testament that even in loss, hope and strength can rise—and love endures.
