Rally Kid Journee's Story
Journee was diagnosed in her birthday month May right before turning 4, she hadn’t been herself for months starting in February she would sleep for hours and hours a day..she noticed a marble sized swollen lymph node and asked me what was it..a little while later she stated have pain in her legs and feet, which caused her to cry for hours. All this is happening while i was back and forth from her new pediatrician and urgent care. I picked her up from daycare one day after being called by her caregiver, she had a temperature of 106…i took her right to the ER. They kept us that day April 28, 2022, by May 3 we had a diagnosis of T cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma…the next couple of weeks we lived in the hospital…we was discharged until May 20th a day before her birthday.
