Rally Kid Kade's Story
Kade was originally diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in September 2020. It really came out of nowhere, the week before bringing him in he was starting Pre-K and not sick at all. After 25 months of treatment that consisted of over 50 chemotherapy and radiation infusions, 8 spinal tap procedures for chemotherapy, 120 injections for blood clots and dozens of other therapy drugs during treatment, Kade beat cancer for the first time. Sadly 38 months later, Kade relapsed. BUT, he rang the bell in May and is beating it for the second time! Almost half of his life has consisted of cancer treatment. Kade is truly a warrior and continues to show such bravery, strength, and resilience. He loves baseball.
