Rally Kid Jaxen's Story
Jaxen Ray Christensen was pure light. With his beautiful smile, quick wit and enormous heart, he had a gift for making everyone around him feel loved and included. He was an animal lover, master LEGO builder, Minecraft gamer, karate student, talented artist and proud “Squirrel King” who dreamed of making movies that inspired people to be kind.
After a courageous 22-month battle with osteosarcoma, Jaxen passed away at just 11 years old. But cancer will never define his story. Jaxen’s joy, kindness and impact will.
During his cancer journey, Jaxen formed beautiful friendships with other children who understood what it meant to fight. Tragically, too many of those friends also lost their lives to childhood cancer. These children should still be here.
They should be growing up together, chasing their dreams, celebrating birthdays, laughing with their families and carrying their friendships into the future.
Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death by disease among children in the United States, but every one of these children deserved more. They deserved more time, more memories and the chance to grow up.
In memory of Jaxen and the friends he loved, the Christensen family is selling this shirt to honor their beautiful lives and turn unimaginable heartbreak into action.
Proceeds benefit Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, helping fund the research needed to develop better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures. When you purchase and wear this shirt, you help carry their light forward. You help remind the world that their lives mattered, their friendships mattered and every child fighting cancer deserves the chance to grow up.
